Return policy

At MOMOTEES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please send an email to 'itsthemomotees@gmail.com' , so that we can address your concerns accordingly.  

 

 1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Eligibility 

- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. 

- Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached. 

- Items that are defective or damaged may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

- Eligible Items may still be subject to approval by MOMOTEES.

 

1.2 Non-returnable Items 

- Gift cards. 

- Custom or personalized items. 

- Final sale items. 

 

 2. Return and Exchange Process 

2.1 Initiating a Return/Exchange 

Please contact our customer service team at 'itsthemomotees@gmail.com' with your order number and reason for the return/exchange. We will then provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us. 

 

2.2 Shipping Returns 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the return package will be deducted from your refund.

2.3 Shipping Exchanges 

Shipping costs when making the exchange will not be covered by MOMOTEES. Depending on the size of your exchange, shipping costs may vary. The shipping cost for the exchange will be billed once the exchange request is made.

 

2.4 Processing Returns 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund all payments made on the day of the transaction.
 

2.5 Processing Exchanges 

The exchange item will only be shipped out for delivery once the return has been received and inspected. In the event the return does not meet the eligibility for an exchange, the return will be shipped back to you. The process for an exchange may take around 1 - 2 weeks.
